First Time In Cal Expo

I had heard of Cal Expo several times in the past but I never had the chance to visit the area until this year. Cal Expo is probably most famous as the main venue for the California State Fair, that is held on a yearly basis here in California where there are all kinds of exhibits and booths. Cal Expo is located in the heart of the city capital, Sacramento CA. Early this year, we had the chance to visit Cal Expo and had the chance to visit this popular destination as a venue for many shows and events in the state.

We had limited time to walk around the whole vicinity, but I would like to share some of the snapshots of the place during our quick visit there.

Daffodils Bloom In Spring Time

It is spring time once again, and here in Amador County, you will see tons of daffodil flowers blooming in most yards of many residents. Nothing else can greet the spring time with a bang like the daffodils do with their bright yellow colors, which is definitely hard to ignore, just blooms and add attractive colors to the yard after a long colorless winter months.

If few or some daffodils won't impress you, then you should check out Daffodil Hills in Volcano, CA here in Amador County where they have acreage and acreage of blooming daffodils situated in a beautiful rolling hills. Daffodil Hill is only open on a seasonal basis, and they are usually open from March to some weeks in April.
